JOB DUTIES:

• Perform software quality assurance and testing by collaborating with the IT project team and various IT analysts.
• Perform all various types of software testing such as regression testing, retesting, creating bugs by using JIRA to ensure issues are tracked continuously and also providing necessary relevant test data.
• Working on various software applications for testing purposes to ensure the activation of required services are done successfully by the customers by doing right testing from end to end.
• Working on ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tool to ensure all the test cases run manually and keep all necessary test data to make sure testing is done correctly and passes software quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with developers in working sessions to replicate software bugs in order to make sure the application and system is working fine in all the environments. Work under supervision.
• Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/ Business/Management/ Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience should include one year of experience of working as Software Quality Assurance Analyst or QA analyst or software tester or closely related field of software testing or software QA. Travel And/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
